Training to Endure! Anchorage to Eagle River
This is a great ride filled with beauty and challenges. There are several sections along the ride where I will be asking you to push hard and tax your heart. This is a solid workout that is designed to build endurance in the anaerobic zone

Training to Endure! Evergreen to Red Rocks Colorado
This is a tough ride and will focus on developing high intensity anaerobic endurance. This ride begins in Evergreen and winds down lower bear creek through the valley and up into Red Rocks then descends into old town Morrison CO and back into Evergreen
Xtreme Calorie Burner! Indian to Girdwood Alaska
This is a nice recovery ride that follows Seward highway South of Anchorage towards the Girdwood ski resort. This ride is designed to provide an effort level ideal for weight loss and recovery. This is a high calorie burning workout.

Muscle Breakdown!! The Peavine Challenge
This ride is a suffer-fest with huge workloads on the ascents. We'll grind and mash our way to the summit with heart rates in the mid 90th percent. We'll take as many pauses as we are able to on the way up because the trail will demand everything we've got!
Laying Down the Hammer! Evergreen to Bergen
This is a 45 minute solo training ride, but, don't let the time fool you. Were on a deadline and have to really hustle!This is a tough workout with fast descents and out of the saddle climbs. Heart rates average about 88% of max, but, in the last 1/2 hour, expect 92% to 95% of max efforts.
Training to Climb! The Rattlesnake Bite
This video trains climbing attributes to help you improve your ascents. With grades up to 14% you'll be maintaining a heart rate in the mid 90's for the entirety of this difficult climb. By the end of this workout, your legs will be toast and you'll be pedaling squares!

Training to Climb! The Hills of South Anchorage
After a nice 1/2 hour warm up, the ride will climb 1200 feet up the Chugach Range where the engineers who designed these roads never considered cyclists. These are steep and tough climbs. This is a fun social ride that is designed to provide a aerobic workout with a mix of high intensity resistance training building leg strength
Anaerobic! Tour of Evergreen Colorado
This spectacular ride begins in Downtown Evergreen and follows Upper Bear Creek road. This winding road, along a delightful stream through an enchanted forest, is bordered by hand-built native rock walls that open to meadows with extraordinary views of majestic Mt. Evans.The tour loops up Stagecoach road, where the climb really begins and then descends back into Downtown Evergreen.
Anaerobic! Cycling the South West Sunbelt, New Mexico
The first 1/2 of this ride (1 hour) is unpredictable with effort levels in the aerobic zone with intermittent and spontaneous jumps into the mid to high anaerobic zone. Stay on your toes, you'll never know when the pack will jump and serge! The second half of this ride increases in difficulty with a few brisk hills and eventually a solo chase effort that will have you spinning high cadences in the red zone. Hang tough!
